Our volunteers will be present at Podgorica and Tivat Airports, where they will personally meet and assist arriving participants and guests.

At Dubrovnik and Tirana Airports, volunteers will also be present together with drivers visibly marked with the tournament’s official badge and identification, to ensure smooth coordination and welcoming of all arriving delegations.

Transport

The organizer will arrange transfers between the airports (Podgorica or Tivat) and the hotel .

Transfer is free for all players and accredited persons on the first day 28th October (arrival day) and the last day 8th November (departure day) .
On other days transfer can be ordered for 35 EUR per person one -way .

Upon request, organizer will provide transportation from airports Dubrovnik (Croatia) and Tirana (Albania) with price of 80 euros per person for both ways

Visa information

Those who need visas must submit their data by 8th August 2025.

To proceed with the visa application, each federation must fill it out registration form and email it to the organizing committee along with PDF scans of the participant’s passports, which must be valid for more than six months.

The Organizers will provide VISA assistance according to National laws.

The Organizers are not responsible in case the Montenegrin authorities decline to issue the VISA due to failing to meet all the requirements to obtain a Montenegro VISA . Information about visa regime for the entry of foreign citizens into Montenegro you can find on following link :
